Available for pre-order starting 8PM PDT on the 15th of July, the smartphone comes with the world’s first VR goggle packaging adding flavor and utility to the unboxing experience which also includes a micro-USB charging cable and Quick Charge AC adaptor, JBL in-ear headphones and a 2.5D tempered glass protector for the display.

Speaking of the display, the 5.5″ QHD AMOLED nature delivers vivid colors for multimedia consumption coupled with the performance of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 chipset and 3GB of RAM to run the latest Android 6.0 software, with the smartphone in line to receive an update to Nougat.

To add to the hardware, the 16MP primary camera is capable of producing some sharp images with an f/2.0 aperture and fast capture speeds while the 8MP wide angle selfie camera allows for even more detail in every shot. On the videography front, the sensor is also able to capture 4K video at 1080p resolution and 30 frames per second.
