Sanmay Ved is an ex-Google employee who bought google.com for a minute in October of last year. Ved managed to buy google.com because Google forgot to renew the domain. Google immediately reversed the transaction after they figured what had happened. Then, Google Security rewarded Ved $6,006.13 (spells Google if you squint hard enough) for finding the flaw. Sanmay Ved donated the amount to The Art of Living India. When Google found out what Ved had done, they doubled the amount!
